Oh my GOSH. I’ve been in here before a while back and I think they had a much different staff and dr because our experience this time was absolutely amazing. Dr. Nunez is so fun and sweet! He made my baby girl laugh like crazy in the midst of her painful eye issue that we were seen for. On top of him being so caring, taking the TIME to make her feel comfortable and at ease, the front desk staff was so sweet as well. You can tell they are all super close and work well together. My poor girl wanted cookies out of the vending machine but I didn’t have cash on me, the front office lady gave her the cash to get her cookies! When we left she said “see, that smile is worth it!” Can’t say enough good things. I hope this staff is around for a long time!!

Made appointment six hours in advance. Checked in ten minutes before appointment time. It's more more than an hour after my appointment and I'm still sitting here. Staff is short tempered and ill mannered. First visit here will also be last.

You are a loud to check in online if you do not feel like waiting that is probably why you have seen people skipping ahead
Some people make appointments I had made a make ahead appointment and when I was called back after about a 5 minute wait I noticed I got the stank eye You can also pre register on line
I believe there are signs that state that they don't prescribe pain meds in a couple of places in the building. Probably why someone suggested homeopathic alternatives. There aren't any urgent care doctors that are going to prescribe pain meds. Your pcp probably won't either. You'll be referred to a pain management doctor/center.
No the COVID test is not mandatory you should be fine as long as you had no symptoms of COVID. Hope you feel better soon.
Ultrasound is not xray. It uses sound waves through body to detect shapes inside by capturing the sound bouncing back, kind of like radar
And depends how busy they are, remember normally appointment take priority
