The employees were very nice. I bought a laptop and they were very knowledgeable. I am happy with my purchase; however, the restrooms were stinky and dirty. Except for that it was a good experience. Please clean the restrooms. Thanks 👍

Do not waste your time coming down to this Best Buy! Literally the worst experience ever! Long story short I purchase an open box laptop. Online it stated it was in EXCELLENT condition! Having worked in Best Buy for over 5 years in the warehouse department...I know for an open box product to receive an EXCELLENT description it would need to be free of wear and tear, no damage on device, and come with all accessories. I purchase the "EXCELLENT" laptop from this store and drive all the way from Deltona to Waterford Lakes (About an hour drive). I get to the store and the "EXCELLENT" laptop they have is anything but that! Wear and Tear all over it, damages and missing its box and charger etc! When I showed my displeasure with the devices condition the worker helping me literally said they have no way in changing the descriptions and that all laptops are shown as "EXCELLENT". This is a lie as even on the best buy website itself they have different levels of open box descriptions varying from Excellent to Good to Satisfactory! This item should have been made satisfactory! To make matters worst when I go back to best buy's website to purchase the laptop brand new...it is no longer available and sold out! Save your time, money and patience and beware of this Best Buy please! Look at the photo below! They had to write down what was missing on this "EXCELLENT" conditioned laptop!

Wonderful location! It’s a busy shopping town center but Best Buy is nicely located from most of the busiest area. Staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of their products. We talked with Remington about TVs and it turns out he works over in appliances. This was one of our favorite locations to go to. Word of advice though: keep an eye on the cars. Some of the drivers think it’s okay to drive fast around crosswalks and pedestrians.

I place an order last night for pick up, went to the store and parked at the designated spot and that's when it all started. First, the clerk approached my vehicle and asked me by name and I said that's me. She then proceeded to explain to me that as soon as the front of the store clears, I can find a spot to park in and wait. After 15 mintues, they finally came out with my 82" TV and loaded it and said "have a good night". At no point was I asked for any kind of ID or email verification, this is a $1400 TV and I was never asked for proof!!! Then I finally get home and open my box only to find that the TV inside is a 70"! I've called and apparently, this store is not taking any calls at the current time!!! Completely disappointed with this experience and the company, to allow such low standards of accountability!

I would call Best Buy and ask their Geek Squad. If not call Microsoft Technical Department and ask them could you send the console their technical department to have them clean it.
If you buy their annual service you may be able to get it done for free

They sell them but sometimes they are sold out and you have to wait to get them. You are better off ordering them online and have them store pickup or sent to your house.
