The staff is friendly and was surprisingly helpful. This location can be busy at times. Some new Best By policies aren't great. For example you can't call a store directly.. all calls are routed to a call center. It seems Best Buy wants everyone to purchase Total Care. It's pretty obnoxious on their website and in store there is a push to sell to customers. It's annoying enough that I almost want a custom t-shirt with the following. NO I DO NOT WANT TOTAL CARE. Thanks.

The customer service was on point. I was helped by Landon. The only reason for the 2 ⭐ is bc the A/C only works on the warehouse side of the store. This makes for a not so enjoyable shopping experience 🙄😮💨

I had the pleasure In coming into this store today and I met with Alex and Wesley in geek squad, they were so professional and amazing and kind. They took their time to explain everything and to listen to all my concerns. They're probably the best employees I've ever dealt with at Best buy. I would definitely be coming back to the store just because of them thank you for all your help.

Best Buy for me is a opportunity store. Prices tend to be high. I usually find same items less expensive on the internet. Service in BB has never been really good. They treat you as if you should be happy you arrived to their store and client service has not been a high priority for them. I just go for some good specials they usually have once in a while.

They can do either, if sometekse other than yourself is picking up you can put their legal name in. They'll check their ID at pick up.
