I’ve seen dr. Cassandra Owens TWICE at this location and she’s an AWFUL doctor. I’ve been stuck in a house full of sick people and wasted my TIME & MONEY to visit urgent care just for her to tell me to see my PCP.

This is so frustrating. This just happened to me as well. I am livid.

Usually urgent cares ALWAYS tell you to follow up with , or go to another facility if there isn’t anything they can do,, for example: my 6 year old needs to be seen now for a nasal issue ,, but I know that he will need to se his primary doctor also Maybe there just wasn’t anything they could do there for you ?
