Why do they make you wait until everyone in the lobby has been helped when you called ahead? I've now waited 30 minutes and someone who just walked in got called back before me..

Some people make appointments I had made a make ahead appointment and when I was called back after about a 5 minute wait I noticed I got the stank eye You can also pre register on line

Sometimes it is also by what is more urgent as well

You should go up to the desk and tell them you called ahead before anyone and they should get you in right away.
