The Telahealth system works well and eliminated the long wait time

I got charged $75 to wait over 3 hours to be told that I should go to the emergency room and get checked and possibly a CT scan cuz they don't do that there. These people knew from the get-go I had a head injury but yet waited 3 hours to let me know what I should do. Also, I had set an appointment with them at 2:20 but yet they let two walk-ins, one with a migraine and another to get a covid test in before me even after they checked in after me. Also a third lady had hemorrhoids and was seen before me even though her appointment was after mine. Very disappointed I would not recommend them

Oh boy, I hate writing bad reviews let me start by saying that. For the privacy of the people I won’t name drop as well. But last night (Nov 1,2022) I went into Banner Urgent Care because I was having reallllllly bad stomach pains. For context, this isn’t nothing new, but I was trying to avoid the ER, and get a temp pain relief since Tylenol wasn’t working. The first nurse was cool! He took my vitals and just seemed like a genuine person! He was great! However, I wish I could say I met more nice people, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I was seen by a NP, and this lady was very rude. She really made it seem like I had no idea what I was talking about, even though this has been some thing I have been navigating for multiple months and have a little bit of knowledge on, in all my reports, she could see that there was something confirmed that was just an unknown issue as my regular. Doctors are still trying to figure out what is going on. This nurse was making very wide, and to be honest kind of insulting assumptions. She was saying multiple times that she thinks it’s psychological, as well as many other broad claims. As a patient I felt like I was just not understood. And also I wasn’t viewed for my time or had any sort of records pulled up… because everything is charted with Banner, I did that for the specific reason that any Banner doctor could get to see them, so when I need help they can have a background. I wish everyone the best, and I also wish the attitude and vibe of this place would be more like the first nurse! Have an amazing day

Hi Michael, Thank you for your question to Banner Health. Banner accepts most insurances, however, you would need to check with your insurance company if we are in network for services.
Yes, but not all of them have x-ray. So I would call first.
