My partner and I wanted to go for a nice drive, and to dine at Chicago connection. We wanted to dine-in, but the staff rudely told us that they had to close early on a Saturday night because they didn’t have the staff to run the whole operation—which I completely understand. However, the staff was not kind about how they told us they could not have us dine inside the restaurant. I was very disappointed—and hungry. I would give them another chance though. It is a beautiful, dog-friendly location with outdoor seating.

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. Born in Illinois, lived between there and California for a bit, then California full time for a while. This hits the closest to true Illinois flavor and im definitely going back, very nice staff as well!!!

Yes, we have gluten free pizza crust at all 8 of our location, as well as a salad bar with many GF selection, and Krispy rice treats for a GF dessert.
We have multiple phone lines, and try to get to each call promptly. And we also offer online ordering for those customers who want to expedite the process through their devices, and avoid busy signals. When the weather is bad, or there are many simultaneous events going on in town, it's sometimes difficult to field all the calls that come in without some customers get a busy signal. But our point of sale system also allows us to take orders in advance, and time deliveries according to your desired delivery time. Give us another try, and hopefully the line will not be busy.
