I used to be addicted to pain medication for back injury. I started eating lots of fruit and vegetables, I quit coffee, sugar, oil and soaps and lotions. After learning that all these things create more pain. I have lost a lot of weight since then, got off all medications and feel great. I also got rid of hiatus hernia, cardiovascular asthma, and nephropathy . Change in diet, light weight exercise and yoga, meditation reiki all helps with pain.
