I'm not answering for everyone but my driver manager answers all the time I am put on hold for a little bit but he at least answers

Only if your not calling the office. There's nobody to answer that phone. You need to call someone specifically.

Rarely. You pretty much have to be on fire for safety/breakdown to answer. If it's the weekend or after hours you're screwed.
