I paid to have mine replaced last week and was told they do it Thursday and Saturday and here we are Sunday and it still hasn’t been done. It’s $25 and you have to go in and show your drivers license and lease if you are renting. Who knows when they will actually get around to doing what you pay for though
Just go to the post office. They should answer all your questions better
