When the toilet reservoir at my rental property cracked in the middle of the night and flooded half the house, Mr. Restore answered the call. They showed up within hours and began the process of drying everything out. Within 4 days, the house was dry and ready to begin reconstruction. The process of dealing with my insurance company when it came time to paying the bill was not a fun one to say the least, but Diana went above and beyond when dealing with them and providing information they requested. She also updated me on the progress of negotiations throughout the process and it seemed like she actually cared about making sure I was taken care of. In the end, the insurance company paid the bill and I am happy to put this all behind me. To whomever reads these reviews at Mr. Restore, give Diana a raise! She's a keeper.
