The cashier was totally incapable and unhelpful. His tone was condescending and disrespectful, totally unwilling to help. His demeanor was not of a person that is serving. I have never in my life been so disrespected when asking for help. I did not want to make a scene but honestly I don’t think with that customer service he should be working there. It is worth driving a little more to go to Office Depot. Worst customer service I’ve had in over 20 years in business in central Florida.

Enjoy being able to stop in at a local office store- this Staples offers friendly service. School supplies as well as office supplies, even paper products. Don’t forget the Copy Center. They have helped me out several times and make returns easy. There is a great teachers program at specific times of the year- have your students’ teacher register and SHARE her code. Then when you buy your school supplies or office supplies the teachers get a credit to spend at a STAPLES. Best gift ever for that teacher! Check it out!
