Just gross. If this is what WE see, how are the animals behind the scenes being treated? My 2 encounters with staff were pleasant. Maybe it's a management issue?

Clean store, helpful staff but a bit too costly & they didn't have reflective dog collars which is not okay.

I love the grooming department. But the lines are always so long. The young lady who’s cashier is slow and likes to socialize. There’s always only one register open. I’m always spending 15-20 minutes in line waiting. Will check a different location out.

Yes they well take him in as a donation and turn around and sell him and put the money towards donation
it depends on who you are trying to adopt through. if you are looking for a a lab, i highly recommend that you check out dfw lab rescue. they are very top notch!
