The dining room is open and everything was ok when I went a couple of days ago

Since management of the store changed hands , the operation is really bad. Sometimes the lobby is open and sometimes it's close. The drive thru is so bad that sometimes I leave because it takes to long. I loved the food but the service and quality is so bad.
