Will never buy Samsung again! Phone is 3 months old and side power button quit working. After jumping thru hoops we sent the phone here to get fixed under warranty. Was then told wasn't covered because of supposed scratches on back of phone. Odd...it was cosmetically perfect when shipped to them. Prior to shipping it had glass protector on front and back lens and an otter box case on. They are sending the phone back un repaired because I refuse to pay for a repair that is a manufacturing defect. So I get a phone that I can't use and still pay on it! Thank you for nothing Samsung!

I sent my s22 ultra to warranty that had a stain on the screen and they repaired it perfectly ✨️ they changed it with everything and frame since the one I had had some signs of wear and when I received it it came with its lenses as if it had just been bought and even with a transparent cover as a gift, it should be clarified that the guarantee took two weeks but everything arrived perfectly 👌 and without any charge

I swear I was on the phone with the circus and animals. Had me going through all sorts of hoops and rings to get my 4 month old phone repaired. I called 4 different numbers and from one to the other saying "oh we don't handle the newer phone, let me transfer you". You get transferred, hopefully if they don't hang up on you, and what do you know, "we handle the old phones". Five different times. I just have up and left it alone. Now trying to do a warranty claim.
