Charged $2100 for “premium” chemical protection I am told that I never agreed to. I simply ask for proof that I agreed to premium if one year was free!!! Still unable to provide proof. Not a receipt, not a description of the product even applied. No one knows the products. Is it a warranty or a guarantee? What a joke!

After selling my vehicle in February, I immediately submitted a cancellation of two aftermarket purchases. Ethos posted an immediate response with calculated refund. Very professional. Unfortunately, the originating dealer became a hiccup in the refund process and nothing occurred for two months. However, and the reason for this review, is that when Kalie (of the cancellations dept) learned of my delay and became involved in the process, things started happening fast! Within hours, I received a FedEx delivery shipping notice and then received the refund the next day. Thank you, Kalie, for caring and stepping up. Great representation of the company and a valued investment in customer service.
