It's rare that businesses see these questions or give medical advise via this board. Calling them is going to be your best bet.
If it were my dog I would call the vet and schedule an appointment to have him taken care of.
I'd definitely give them a call and ask. Sometimes when it's a simple solution they give you advice over the phone, but if the dog needs to be examined they'll set up an appointment or fit you in. I respect this office a lot and I trust their diagnoses.
