This place is great. It is particularly good to take your small children to, because the workers usually draw fun pictures on the side of the windows where the kids are sitting shortly before your car gets washed. I love the free vacuums and the dry towels. They let you use. The car wash itself scores. Probably something of a 9/10 for effectively cleaning my cars.

I don’t know what changed, but the quality of the wash isn’t what it used to be. I have both my trucks on the unlimited membership for the top tier wash. And it doesn’t clean it well. It completely misses the top of my windows and door frames. I have standard F150 it’s not lifted. The tire scrubber is also not doing well, may need to take my subscription elsewhere. **** EDIT **** I wanted contacted by the store leader - told them about the concern - and they addressed it. Took my truck back through and got it nice and clean… Thank you for having awesome service.

I love the Convenience of having quick quack car washes all over the place and the workers are always kind. I have a membership but I’m seriously considering canceling it because every time I go to the car wash I leave there with a dirty car. The company advertisement is don’t drive dirty but even if I go to their car washes all over the state, I still drive dirty because their brushes do not clean the back of my car and over half the time they don’t spray the back which makes it worse. Please fix this problem. Either have the sprayers turned on as soon as you pull through of which are rarely on, fix the brushes so they actually touch the car, or at the very least make it mandatory that your workers spray the backs of all cars. Update: sent an email hoping to get something fix. Never heard from anyone. Unfortunately most people (including me) doesn’t have time to wait in line more than once to have the car washed. Hopefully changes will come.

We’ve been Quick Quack customers for a couple of months now and it has been great. The process is smooth and efficient. I haven’t had any issues with the wash being too rough on my luxury vehicle and the vacuums have great suction. I do wish the blow dryer section was a little longer to fully remove drops but it does mostly well enough. My experience today with Lana and Ellie was great! They were friendly and courteous and provided the perfect touch to the lucky duck experience!
