Just got a puppy and the breeder said that they have taken the puppy in here 3 times so far and told me to make an appointment for the puppies 9 week appointment for quick vaccines. This puppy literally just had a check up - that I have the papers for. Though due to their "policy" the puppy has to have ANOTHER checkup with the new owner (an additional cost) and after that check up they can then schedule the vaccine appointment. These policies make no sense and it's very much a money grab. I have all the paperwork for all of her previous visits and all she needs is her 9 week shots and they wouldn't do it and wanted to schedule me for over a month after her 9 week vaccines deadline for a "check-up" first. Ridiculous.

The vet is amazing but the office is a mess. First visit they were overbooked so we waited over an hour for our appointment. All subsequent visits they sent out texts saying we must confirm the appointment or they will cancel the appointment due to their high volume of cancellations (this seemed illogical). I don’t feel the onus should be on me to manage their books. It is very inconvenient. I had to find time out of my day to confirm appointments so mine would not be canceled. If I couldn’t do that right then I had to set reminders to do that so I could keep my appointment. It was stressful. Also, many times there were random appoints made that we did not make that we would have to call and cancel. Not sure what those were. When it was time to board out pups we confirmed three time (two calls were due to false appointments but we did make sure our appointment was still set for our two dogs). We asked which vaccines they needed and got everything all squared away. The day we arrived the office only had one dog on their appointment book. Also, they said one of our dogs needed an additional vaccine and that he would need it three days in advance so there was nothing they could do for us. No boarding. I told them this was frustrating. I have confirmed multiple times, week in advance, and confirmed the vaccine. Still, the office just said best of luck to us and shut us down. In the end, if you need a vet and can stay on top of the office staff, I would recommend. But if you cannot, or if you have an important trip, or if you have a job that you cannot check and recheck your phone to confirm their books (or correct), I would look elsewhere.

Best vet ever!!!! From walking into the door speaking with the receptionist through the entire visit with the nurse and the doctor we were treated really well and they were very friendly. They even gave us pointers on how to help us better train our golden doodle.

I had to put my fur baby down & was so very appreciative on how Bree & the doc handled the situation. They didn't have us wait in the waiting room, or in the little room. They also didn't rush us out once everything was done. They had a side door that we exited, which was great considering I was bawling. Seriously the best bedside manner from everyone. I could not be happier that I have found a vet that I like & trust. I have had the worst (AVC) now I have THE BEST! Thank you for everything ❤️

My husband is one of the vets at this hospital. It would depend on what the lizard's needs are. Call them, and they will tell you if they can see the lizard, or they will give you a referral. My husband has a lot of experience with lizards, so he will be able to determine which course of action is best.
It's rare that businesses see these questions or give medical advise via this board. Calling them is going to be your best bet.
The only vet out here that I'm aware of is Saratoga springs animal hospital, but they aren't moving to Orem, the just moved to a new building here.
I think they deal more in traditonal house pets (dogs, cats, etc) but i am not sure
