Our kids have been going to PSAC for a little over a year now and we they love their teachers <3 Ms Collins, Ms Carter, Miss Bri, Ms Gill, Ms Arthur, Ms Rose and all the sweet teachers /support staff that help during different times. We are grateful for the teachers’ hard work and the for the leadership/management and their efforts bringing their A-game every day! Thank you :)

I love this daycare. My daughter went here and even after moving to Chesterfield I still drove her there for almost a year because they are all so amazing. The owner, teachers, and office manager are amazing..

My 2.5-3 years old daughter went to this daycare for several months in 2019 and 2020, during that period she was bitten hard by a boy once until there was a bite mark, slapped by a girl using the kitchen toy door really hard once until she had a bruish on her face, hit in the tummy by the staff's son, slapped in the face, and she told me other kid drank from her bottle, and I suspected somebody ate her food since she said she did not eat a banana but it's gone from her bag. Finally she also lost her ability to pee in the bathroom and would suddenly peed in her pants as they did not regularly ask the kids if they need to pee. I regretted that I didn't pull my kid quickly but gave them a chance at another class. Also we with our kid volunteered to go to parade, and we were told to arrive at 12:00 PM even though we did not start to walk until 3 or 4 PM. I asked the owner if we could go eat lunch since we had not eaten lunch yet but she gave me the impression that it would start soon even though they did the same parade the year before. My 3 year old and my 72 years old mom had to go to the parade with empty stomach and the parade was finished around 7 or 8 pm and they refused to let us stop nearest to our car park and made us walk extra two blocks from inside the school even though we asked to stop at the gate. They totally did not care about my kid wellbeings.

It’s hard to decide as a new parent where to enroll your newborn and trust someone (or multiple people) to take care, to nurture, and to teach your child. I was nervous my first day dropping off my six-month old child because I’m a parent. But after his first day, I never looked back. He was immediately loved and taken care of from the first minute. And throughout his first year here at Primrose, he flourished and thrived because he had the best teachers to give him the foundations he needed to crawl, to walk, to play, to eat, and to meet friends. However, this place is more than just a daycare fostering my son because they helped me transition to solid foods and naps. They taught me how to parent. For that, I am forever grateful. I 100% support and recommend Atlee Primrose Commons because of everything they have done for me and my child.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
