I'm already on payment plan can i still qualify for Amnesty program?

I called and asked and they said I have to go in to talk to them because they can't alter a payment plan over the phone. They wouldn't say if amnesty was an option though.

I would contact them directly. I'm sure they are not handling all cases the same?
