I dont believe they handle employment issues except if you were either arrested or assaulted at work....(circumstantial) Maybe you should file a grievance with your HR dept. and have it escalated. Also EEOC handles employment related matters... Check with them.
They do not handle employer disputes. You will need to search for an attorney who handles employer issues
