I am trying to figure out a way I can sue my employer for with holding my bonus money. It dose not state in the paper work any where that he can do that. How do I go about starting this?

I dont believe they handle employment issues except if you were either arrested or assaulted at work....(circumstantial) Maybe you should file a grievance with your HR dept. and have it escalated. Also EEOC handles employment related matters... Check with them.

They do not handle employer disputes. You will need to search for an attorney who handles employer issues

I don't think they handle employment issues either I think it's only mostly Criminal cases

It's a personally own small business. Would EEOC still handle this?
