This department is an utter joke. They do not know how to operate and issue proper regulations when it comes to small businesses. The staff do not know anything and must refer to management when you question them. The system is corrupt, and we must pay the price. Thanks to them, I had to relocate my business out of the Philadelphia Area. It was a loss to me and my staff since we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I wish I could give them a "0" rating. I already filed a formal complaint to the bureau and will file a lawsuit for my losses. Let this be a warning to all businesses in the Philadelphia area. If you must deal with this department, be prepared to hire an attorney because they will not inform you of the regulations and changes to the law.

I find it very unprofessional of this department to be posting about a rapper and not medically related things going on in Philadelphia.

Department of Records
No. Division of vital records is more likely the place you need.
