You need to fix your phone service. People are constantly getting hung up on. Obviously will County thinks its okay to treat people this way. . How ignorant can someone be .

Once in a great while, I'll get through to someone on the phone. I've never encountered anyone who was rude to me there, however, I have had to go back multiple times to get them to fix their mistakes... like kicking my kids off medicaid, one of them being a baby...

They do it all the time. I do not know why they even have a phone. You cannot get through no matter. They are some of the rudest bunch of people I have ever had the misfortune to have come in contact with in my life. I dread having to go there and half of the time im going there it is to fix something one of them screwed up to begin with.
