Clearance from other stores becomes excellent variation in this "store" especially the expanded frozen section.

I don't live in the area anymore but I've been. Great place
Nothing like Aldi. If you know what you need before you go to Aldi, you know Aldi will have it. The Joliet Hope Center has food, mostly out of date, that comes from many different sources. You never know what they will have, and if they are sold out, if they will ever get it back. If you want soda, they have it as long as you are not picky for a specific flavor, same for breakfast cereal and salad dressings. Usually no milk, OJ, butter, and basic dairy staples. Some meat, not at all times. Good to stop before a regular shopping spree. $5.00 annual fee. Most prices are cheaper, but watch the cleaners and vitamins.
Usually when the store opens. They will start to have food. We got there around 10am. And they where serving the food. Hope this helps.
Yes
No only once a year $5. Then you shop like a regular store just a lot cheaper
Your drivers lic. Or State Id. It's been a while since I visited but at that time they did not ask for Financial Proof.
They have on average nearly a dozen refrigerated trucks coming and going just about every day with new stock which constantly rotates.
Every day Tuesday to Saturday there is free yogurt, fruit and vegetables, and bread. Base on availability.
Anyone in need. You just need to pay a $5 membership fee when you register.
