No it's just an annual membership fee. Once you're in, you shop for items that are priced very low. You'll also get to pock up free items. Just check the expiration date.

It's a Christian mission that gets food from different vendors. Ther membership for 2 people in the same household is $5 per year. Some items will be expired so always check dates... there's plenty of good non expired items. There's always free food and other items. They sell food, medicine, baby items and everything any other store has until it's exhausted. For every $25 you spend you get a free gift.

It is a membership fee. But the prices can be very cheap. But not everything is a great deal. Though bread is always free. And there can also be other free items like fruit, vegetables and yogurt.
