No it's just an annual membership fee. Once you're in, you shop for items that are priced very low. You'll also get to pock up free items. Just check the expiration date.

Some items will be expired so always check dates... there's plenty of good non expired items. There's always free food and other items. They sell food, medicine, baby items and everything any other store has until it's exhausted. For every $25 you spend you get a free gift.
