Planning committee really blew it with this past weekend’s carnival. Only 2 food/beverage trucks to service the whole carnival. We waited in line for nearly an hour and were sick from the heat by the time we finally got our water (and we got in line the moment we arrived seeing how long the line was). Absolute ignorance and pathetic ‘planning’ on their part put people in serious danger. Never again will you get my family’s money Joliet when you can’t be trusted to keep us safe at these events. It’s really not rocket science for crying out loud. It was extremely hot, which you knew from the weather forecast, yet only 2 places for everyone to get beverages. Yeah brilliant!

Just hope that none of their departments ever come through your neighborhood to trim your trees. It will not be an arborist or anybody that actually knows what they're doing rather it will be some guy no idea what they're doing. They come in July when it's 100° outside and butcher the trees in front of our house and on our street. When you try to call in and address it or even lightly complain they decide to turn around and come knock on your door and confront you with an attitude. Totally unacceptable and I will go to the top to complain about this.
