The vacuum we purchased does the same job in 2/3 the time while being strong enough to do jobs the previous vacuum would not. One-hundred percent return on investment on the first use, and we are looking forward to everything after that as gravy. Thank you, and we'll be back for bags & belts :)

So nice & helpful! Positively saved my sanity. I failed to get her name but one of the staff just helped teach me some techniques to get my machine sewing flawlessly - when I thought it might need service! She was so kind & helpful it made my day! Definitely recommend! Will return for classes, supplies & service in the future!

We use to be life long customers. Our vintage 1950 sewing machine was easily repaired here. We considered it cheaper to repair it than to buy a new one for $$$ and only did about half the stitches. We found another place it could be repaired and haven't been back since. Let me elaborate: For the longest time we were satisfied with the quality of work. The last couple of fixes sort of sealed the deal to send us to other places. 1. The last time we took it in to get fixed we had to take it back several times as new issues kept cropping up after each repair. Should have been correctly fixed the first time. I am happy they did not charge us for extra fixes as it was their fault. Though I gave them a small amount for their time. 2. I asked them to repair a cord that had been broken. They told us they needed to order the part in. Three weeks later we tried to pick it up. Turns out they didn't touch it at all and were "still" "waiting on the part." My dad took it home and repaired it in an hour. 3. I purchased a vacuum here refurbished. We only got about 8 months out of it. Paid $250 for a higher quality one. Broke after about 8 months. Tried to ask for a refund for a lemon but they wouldn't budge. I ended up just tossing it out in my apartment garbage when the lease was up. I purchased a $150 light weight one from Amazon.com without all the extra attachments. Three years later and it runes quite well and does a decent job. I would not recommend purchasing refurbished products from here. It might become expensive. Just go online to Amazon.com and purchase something new for less. 4. My mother loved this store when we were children. I do not recall the shop owners being particularly friendly to children. We were well behaved children and knew when to be children and when to be adults. By middle school I was asking my mother if I could stay inside the car while she got her supplies. Before I decided to stop taking my sewing machine here for repairs I witnessed on quite a few occasions when a mother would bring in her kids and they'd give her a bit of an attitude issue regarding the children.

Tami was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure sales tactics; she just shared good information. We look forward to using our new, fairly priced vacuum that comes with a good warranty. Nice doing business with a long established, local, family owned business.

We sell new and used sewing machines. Sorry we do not buy used machines. We take them in as trade ins toward new. Thanks for checking in with us
I picked up my old Pfaff from there yesterday and I'm pretty sure that was one of the things the repair manager said he fixed.
Best bet would be to bring it in. They are upfront and let you know the way it is. I know they have worked on a lot of Dyson's. :) Just a long time customer of theirs.
Yes
Sometimes, but if it's out if stock it can be ordered
