Top of the line care and service with competitive pricing. I could not be happier with my new machine. I hear so many tales of woe from people that order their machines online. If you did make the mistake of buying online the service here department can work magic. Highly recommended!

They provided great customer service listening to what I wanted and providing options to fulfill it. Even providing a couple 1on 1 training sessions and loading it in my vehicle. To make things easier they have financing available for a promo of 0 interest is paid off within the promo period. making it a win, win. They even fully set up the table and machine I purchased and showed express setup details. I was able to get add on such as presser feet and pro wound bobbins that are also a huge time saver. also add-on upgrade for the machine to allow specific needle sync settings that are a huge time saver. at checkout it was delivered out and put in my vehicle. the staff there was knowledgeable and friendly providing other necessities for the machine so I wouldn't be suppressed when I got home that they weren't included which is standard for industrial machines. Money well spent I would buy from them again, and use their services going forward.... Oh, and can't forget that they even offered a trade in on the old machine.

I bought my Bernina 770 QEE from them, and it has been so worth it. I receive the support I need when I have questions, and they are always willing to help me figure out a project I haven't done before. Naomi remembers me (and my daughters) when we come in to pick up accessories, and always has a smile for us. Patty's classes are informative and so helpful! They are worth the drive to get there if you're not super close.

I really appreciate small businesses because they are more about the people then the money into the pockets of upper management etc! They are busy enough it took awhile for them to get to my machine which tells me they are worth the wait and they are helping other people. So many people want what they want now and I would rather have quality. Naomi and Kevin were great and I appreciated their honesty and the time they took to work with me. I am excited to try my new machine! I told Naomi what I wanted and she had it at a decent price. Yeah maybe I could have gotten a machine cheaper else where, but we need more small businesses, the Walmart’s and Amazon’s are taking over way too much. We lack community connection with big businesses! Glad they are still going strong!

Everyone employees and customers were wearing masks when I was there.

I live in CDA and have a need for an embroidery frame HoldC. All my machines are Baby Lock. I have called Many stores to see if they have one.I have a business and need one for an order of caps. I have to embroider on the back of the hat.

Linda, Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately we are not a BabyLock dealer and do not have access to their parts. We deal in Bernina and Janome and Industrial Sewing machines. Here is a link for babylock directly, maybe they can point you to a dealer in your area. https://babylock.com/support
