Banning City Utility Billing

Banning utility is THE WORST city service agency I have ever had to deal with. I am constantly on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone for no less than 30 minutes! Most times I just get sent straight to voice-mail.

Really, workers have been on Nicolet street on my Block all summer long. What the Heck are they doing besides making a lot of noise. I think someone made a mistake. They dig up and patch, dig up and patch the same spot all day long!! Very frustrating. Please someone do the job right?

Sad to say but Customer Service in the Utility department leaves a sour taste after talking with them . Only if you can get through. I have been told for last 12 min I have a 6 min 10 sec. But my que position is first go figure. Try to pay online and the site seems to never be up for payments. City of Banning instead of addressing where to put drive ways of eateries or pot shops perhaps you can pay for more help in the utility department and a real IT department. Not everyone has the luxury of working close to home. Bills paid online gets the job done and your not late.

Well in the middle on closing a real estate transaction in banning-ca, Made a call to transfer utilities into our family name 48 hrs before closing date of escrow. so there is no interruption of service , was told you have to come into town to transfer on. I said you cant do over the phone, I will can give you my address were I live and have accounts in Riverside country. on other properties. They told me I have to come into town. I guess when your behind the times of customer service Oh I mean it must be really slow there .Banning city utilities company. You have to go old school. Hope to flip this property and never do this again. banning ca. You just lost a customer before I start doing business there what a waste of my time. I really need to come in person, I opened accounts in Orange country , Riverside city, palm springs, Oceanside, I give them my social security number, my home address, utilities company name, bang its done.
