I know I say don't trust the government for mental health support. But these gentlemen really calmed me down, when I was on my breaking point. No jailtime no 51-50. Officer Discretion is key to de-escalation & problem solving. Shoutout to Officer Hixton & Officer Noelle. The Institutions is what don't help. I think establishing crisis intervention teams is absolutely a great idea!

I have the necessity to call the department for personal safety issue...and the dispatcher told me since she wasn't very familiar with my inquiryment she'll have and officer to contact me ...which iwitting n a few minutes happen and this officer which I dont recall his name ....told me front worry about nothing Il direct you what to do and Frankie will chexlck on you later on ...I say ...that is me"...he say is your tocayo...Officer Frankie Something I'm very bad with nanes..I really appreciated because....mo se ...Well they did above and beyond and no only they were profesionals....but I felt that they put actually the human touch....I Guess you dont judge just because the statstistics... Thank you guys . I want her name the dispatchd also Mr, ....that one that call me...THANK YOU VERY MUCH WELL APPRECIATED...B
