Was looking into buying a home and asked about building things like porch signs. Flags and was going to build head board and foot board and they said they don't like noise in their park. They said since there are so many retirees that want just to stay quietly in their homes. So deal fell through.

It's a nice mobile home park and reasonably priced they keep it up mobile homes are nice and all right place to live

Nicest 55 & older crowd of home owners. Very pleasant surroundings, can hear the horns of the trains from afar. Very well maintained with mature landscaping, pool and spa and reasonable space rent with some of the homes approaching 40 years or more
