We had a great experience with American Vision Windows. The sales representative clearly explained all the window features and the life time warranty if there are any issues. The team arrived to our house in Fremont on time and replaced 6 windows + 1 sliding door by early afternoon. They protected the floor and furniture with plastic wrap and left the area cleaned up after the job. All the new windows and sliding door look perfect! I would highly recommend others to use this service.

We ordered all new windows, 4 patio doors, and one front door with them. Nearly 50k in work, and we moved forward on their offer namely because of the warranty offered. The initial sales pitch was great. We had our install go smoothly. We raised concerns over our front door and didn’t get a return from our salesperson until we had another issue. Our pup had torn a screen on a screen door. Under the incorrect assumption this was covered by warranty we learned it was $150 for the repair. It’s $30 at ACE as a point of reference. I explained this to our rep- they offered a free replacement if we drive our screen door to San Jose, leave it and pick it up a few days later, well over an hour away. Then a different screen door has the handle stop functioning. We utilized the warranty. The warranty folks called us and told us it’ll be TWO to THREE MONTHS to get it fixed and asked if we still wanted the work? Yes we spent over 16k in patio doors and you should know that despite having a warranty, you could get a door that didn’t work and you’ll wait up to three months to get it fixed. We just want you to be fully aware when making this decision.

We bought our house 3 years ago and the windows were the original ones installed in 1993. We wanted to replace them so we started to set up presentations and quotes. Turns out replacing windows and a sliding door is very expensive. We had quotes for 5 windows and the door ranging from $14K-$30K. Just as bad was the current long lead times. It was the middle of April and many places said late August to early September. We went with American Vision Windows because the sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable, and the window quality was fantastic. They also said lead time should be by the end of July. I'm happy to say that today, June 30th, we have beautiful new windows and a sliding patio door with a doggy door custom installed in it. The crew was here 5 minutes before scheduled. They were friendly quick and efficient. All old windows removed, new ones and door installed and clean up done in just over 5 hours with a 3 man crew. It's the first day but I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would definitely recommend them as many people did to me.

The job was done as good as any job could be done. The entire crew were VERY professional and courteous at all times. The laid out floor coverings and made very little mess, What mess they did make was cleaned up at the end of the day. Before they left they cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floor everywhere they had been working. I would not hesitate to highly recommend American Vision Windows for anyone who has a window project. They all worked hard and did an excellent job. As for American Windows, I found them very easy to do business with. They kept in touch with me the entire job from start to finish. Description of Work: We had 32 windows replaced in our home. This included a sliding door and a garden window in the kitchen.
