Really?. A 7 dollar convenience fee for paying online?. I don't see how they can charge you a convenience fee for doing nothing at all.

A person working in the Office was very rude. We understand that Covid-19 has made companies more aware of social distancing but being rude to people who come to a place of business, let alone a judicial business to inquire about loved ones, is never okay. You work in a field where you provided customer service regardless of your title and for you to deny someone kindness because you're changing a battery on your mouse, or looking at some court information, or even just browsing on your phone (which you should not be doing while working), shows how little training you have received when it comes to being a decent human being and customer service provider. You should be appalled at the actions you chose to make today. It is disheartening coming to the courts already to see a loved one whos made a bad decision, but it is even worse when those who are there to SERVE the public take it out on family members. You are not there to judge people solely on what little information is provided to you, you are there to SERVE the people who come asking questions and needing some kind of direction. No matter how hard your morning was, or afternoon, you customer service should always be on point. Leave the attitude at the door and come prepared to work with a smile on your face. People already have it hard facing the reality that someone close to them did something that could land them in this position. It is not your job to make it harder on them, it is your job to assist them as best as you can! I hope that you as a person learn from the mistakes that you made/make and understand that it costs $0.00 to be a decent human being and kind person.

I needed to file some paperwork at this courthouse. I went there, went through the door, pass through security, and got in the appropriate clerks line. I was the only person in line and when the person in front of me was finished with their business the clerk kindly told me that I had to come back tomorrow. Because they close at 4 p.m. even though I was there before they closed, and even though I had to stand in line for them to serve the people that arrived before me, they chose to not take my papers for filing but you tell me that I can come back in the morning at 7:30 a.m. This is the level of help the citizens of Riverside County are paying their government for. I personally and disgusted by this. I cannot figure out a reason that a court clerk would not help the only remaining person in line simply because it was 4:03 p.m. Unless it was discrimination. And if that is the case everyone in Riverside County should be disgusted that discrimination on any level is present at or condoned by the local government, especially a Surperior Court.

Although this question regarding court for traffic violation was posted 4 months ago and im certain by now you have got it all taken care of. Still for anyone else who might have the same question heres the answer to the best of my knowledge for "Got a speeding ticket in Banning and I don't know when my court date is" If anyone ever gets a ticket for traffic violations from the date the ticket is issued you have so many days to get that ticket taken care of before the assigned court date, by going onto the court website in whichever county the violation happened. In the matter of Chavez Clay his was in Banning therefore he would have had to go to https://www.riverside.courts.ca.gov, clicked on Traffic and TaDa! Appearing at the court hearing is not always necessary in some cases not all. I believe majority of traffic tickets can be paid for on the court website before the hearing date unless you are wanting to try and fight your case then you have to appear. I hope this helps
No, you must go to Riverside County Seat, or Palm Springs
