I can't believe I can walk in here and have my questions answered within minutes. I have never spent more than 20 minutes in here. I used to live in cook county and their ccrr was unbearable! I still remember sitting on the floor with a newborn for 3 hours only to finally be called and told I need a new form and to wait in line again. Ughhh thank you will county!

I only gave a star to be able to comment this place is a disgrace. I'm about to loose the ability to even keep my son I daycare because I can not get a call back as there's apparently a processing time on the voicemail I left 3 weeks ago!!! How long is processing for a voicemail mail that stated I need to remove a child from my case could I get a call back.........they have done nothing but mess up my case since moving to this county a year ago. Who do these people get reported to.

I called to speak with someone and at 758 am it was no answer but then i called back at 8:03 am and again 8:05 and it asked me if i wanted to leave a message so then i called back at 8:20 am and the phone rung for 20 min and still no answer . Are you serious you just opened at 8am and no one was available to answer the phone this is not good service at all .

When they are on their game they are amazing, and easy to work with. But the downfall is they never answer their phone. And if you send an email it takes over a week for them to even get back to you.
