It does that to me all the time. I think either someone is hanging up or they're really busy and not as excepting calls. I have gotten through before but normally it does just that to me
Same here... Its super irritating when they say they are accepting calls but then put u on hold for an hour and a half then hang up on you... They need more people in the office with how busy it gets because this is redicuous! Thays my opinion anyway
