You will have to go to their website and fill out the form and they will email you an appointment and yolk have to verify that date is good for you and then they will save your spot. Drop off time of s between 8&9. If your even a few minutes past nine they will send you away. Pick up is between 3&5. Good for you for getting your dog fixed!
You do indeed need to call one of the numbers on the card to schedule an appointment, but it's free with the voucher!
