Is it safe to use Neosporin on a Kitten?Has a bum rash from long,fluffy fur catching waste & making area moist. I trimmed the area, but don't know what topicals(if any)are safe. Have Neosporin on hand.

I wouldn't because they will try to lick it off. Just shave the hair off around it and keep it open to air.
