Fernanda, no appointment is necessary, and we accept animals between 12-6 p.m. If there were anything we could do to help you keep your pet, we are happy to offer resources. We are often at capacity, so we will help any way we can- allowing your pet to stay in your home. Spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, food and more. Please let us know. Koraima, You need to call one of the numbers on the voucher, please. Amore, our admissions is open 7 days a week, from 12 noon until 6 pm. No appointment for surrendering is necessary.

We have a pup that we can’t take care of at the time, but I don’t want her to be put down I would rather her be given a good home! Would you automatically put her down if we bring her in?
