All puppies get tapeworm. They must be dewormed regularly. Look up a schedule for recommended vaccinations and deworming on the internet. Tapeworm med is avail at Walmart, Tractor Supply, Pet smart, Petco and many feed stores. Please look up how to care for a puppy if you don't know what to expect.

They should be able to. With your adoption agreement you should have received temporary insurance as well as a free check up at certain vets. Call the humane society to make sure though
