I used to park my sleper cab at Billy bobs. They have an area for their livestock trucks to park just east of the building. They charge but it's the only place I know of and I go to stockyards often in my car now.

Parking is the pits there on the weekend but fortunately, there is always somewhere to park. You will just have to pay, like everyone else has said.
If you go during the week early in the afternoon you can grab a spot right on Exchange Boulevard. Evenings and weekends you can park for $10 right in the Stockyards without having to walk far
