No its $10 to park. There is a 30 min section that is free i believe but it is HIGHLY patrolled. Suggest not using it unless its only going to take you 10 mins

If you drive around a lot you might get lucky. But there is a pay by plate spot here and there. Make sure you go to the parking machine and pay though cuz if not they will give you a $50 ticket.

If you're willing a few yards you can park free on the other side in the streets and walk to the stockyards
