Why aren't you accessible? The Americans with Disabilities Act has been around for 29 years. You're a place of public accommodation and required to comply. Why don't you?

It is in an old house, which usually come stock with build challenges, but the bathroom is ADA footprint and there is a ramp. They have modified the space for modern requirements. If you have specific suggestions on how to make the old space more welcoming, or conformant to ADA, I expect they want to know!

We have wheelchair access.

Indeed, John Fields answered perfectly. Thank you John field! ADA regulations asks businesses to make “reasonable accommodations.” We built a wheelchair ramp with our own hands as we are completely limited on funds and cannot afford to pay a contractor (we are not profitable as of yet.) Currently we have no funds to remodel our bathroom but as soon as we do, we will do so. We love our disabled customers who attend our café regularly and we even have a disabled employee. We will definitely do the best we can as time goes on to accommodate both our customers and our wonderful disabled employee.
