Had an appointment for over a week, morning of the appointment, received a call from the store manager, to cancel as the groomer was not going to be available due to a medical issue. I understand, no problem, reschedule. no appointments available for 11 days! What? I did not request a particular groomer, grooming for this dog does not require special trimming, fluffing, it is tiny little terrier, with a smooth short cut. I have 3 dogs, that they have groomed for about 3 years now, will find another groomer for all of my dogs, if my being a regular customer has no value with them.

YES! We do have live fresh water fish!
We here at PSP McKinney are continuing to execute our COVID-19 saftey precautions. We are frequently disinfecting our carts, registers, and dog wash area. Our employees will continue to wear PPE and practice social distancing throughout the store. We have also established a curbside pickup option so that everyone can feel safe shopping with us, online or in store!
