Dropped my 2 dogs off. Was called a couple hours later that they were in good shape. Everybody was friendly and very pleasant. Love taking my pets to them!

Their hospitality is pathetic. They don't answer the calls and even if they do, they will just say to say on brief hold and that is indefinite time.. After listening to the same music twice. They will say the good news that they need to reschedule the appointment for coming in late. But the whole call was to say that I'm on my way.

Terrible customer service. Called to set up an appointment to drop him off. They didn’t tell me they moved out of petsmart making me late for work. I get there, tell them that and they didn’t really care that they caused my morning problems. They call me to ask me if the amount for the services is ok and there was no hello/thank you just it will cost 130.00 and then hung up after I said that would be fine. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE.

We had an appointment today at 9:30am as our Zeus had a sore on his neck. They were supposed to look at it and trim his nails. With the comprehensive exam. I called around 12:30pm Zeus has not been seen. Call again at 2:30pm.nothing. call back at 4:00pm still have not seen our Zeus. They close at 6pm so we headed up there at 5:30pm as we still have not gotten any calls. I get into the office and I am there with others with similar issues. Anyway, the young lady.at desk finally get to me and state that the tech will come to talk to me as she had no information. 15 minutes later, this young lady brings my dog out...what happen to the consult as I can't hold an 100 pound dog. He is anxious so I go get my husband from the car. I get in car as we also had our Apollo with us. Anyway, Earl asked what was the thing on his neck. The tech hesitated and then said she couldn't find it but you were supposed to also check his body to see if there were any other scars or whatever it was. Earl tells the tech to come over and he showed her...clear as day. She said it was just an assist(I know I spell that wrong) but you never check my dog over. He spent all day in a kennel as we waited. My dogs are not kennel dogs but 9 hours at a place in a kennel is unacceptable. We are very upset with Banfield as this has never happen before. We were told all day the doctor were doing surgery and techs were doing ultrasounds etc. I will NEVER drop my dogs off ever again. I will be looking for another Vet for our babies. You should never overbooked your dogs and think it is ok to keep them all day like this. If we needed all day daycare, you would have not offered it.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 18, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 18, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
