Who am i supposed to make a complaint to if noone will answer the phone?

All stores have a customer service booth or department. You can speak to all levels of management. It has been my experience that they do everything they can to address your concerns and help in any manner possible.

It starts with caring all Walmart stores are not the same keep moving on you can't make somebody care if they don't care won't do any good to complain I've been going here for seven years and now moved on they will never change oh my God works miracles

Check the number your calling..

Go into the store and ask for the manager.
