Does any of the Walmarts here in Tyler, tx still have jewelry departments where you can buy watch bands and batteries?

Yes and I too prefer Troup 110. The staff part I guess depends on their moods, seems to change each time.

I agree with Daniel Mezzell Troup 110 has a better selection but I can't agree on the staff part. I like the Hwy 64 store better and yes all the walmarts have Jewelry sections although some are moving their sections around and renovating, so you might have to ask for help in finding them.

Yes they do although I would recommend the store off of Troup 110 they have a wider selection and more knowledgeable staff at least the last time I felt with them.
