They do not carry Sushi grade Fish. All of their Fish is frozen. I do not know of any place in Tyler for it either. Brookshire's Fresh would be the most logical choice but I wouldn't trust the freshness even there.

Yes they do. Wasabi is only imitation wasabi; the real wasabi is expensive. To make it you need a wasabi rhysome and a shark board. You can purchase wasabi rhysome online.
