Everyone pretty much minds their own business which is nice. I personally love the train because It was a fun conversation topic. Yes they blow the horn not to be a nuisance but because it is their job as there is clearly a crossing. When I needed a place to live it was very convenient also good management well ran fair prices Awesome place to retire and conserve money. I personally want to thank Y'all for having me as a Tennant for the year that I lived there.

Takes Section 8. The Landlord/Manager Marie is so much help. I had many people help me move in here. Marie was and is very understanding. I had help with my Security Deposit and Rent is at a very bearable price. I love this place.

I've never lived here before but, I'm willing to! Looks nice, affordable, and stable due to the fact there are some bad reviews! I see there isn't any central air and that's ok if it's cold enough; right?? 😇 With the good reviews, I hope that the management are well mannered and great with new residents!! 🕊

Hi Brooke, Our 1 bedroom apartments rent for $890.00 per month. We do allow pets up to 45lbs. There is a $250.00 on time pet fee. We have an 8 month waiting list at the time and we do not have a website. I can email you information if you would like?

I think rent is $600 + same deposit but call them during the day and make sure. The rent price I know is great
All these apartments are one bedroom only. Small pets are allowed with pet deposit. You should probably call the office for availability and cost.
