My elderly parents just moved in. They’re not so impressed so far and neither am I. My father paid for covered parking and they sent him an email and alerted him that they towed his car. No phone call to remind / alert him (if he was in the wrong space, which I doubt as he was provided a map where to park it) to move his car, just an email that he’s getting towed. It’s unconscionable to do this to elderly residents that just moved in. Can’t wait until they open to “have a chat” with the management on staff.

Started out nice. Loved the property before it was filled with speeding cars, drunk loud neighbors at all hours of the night and businesses out of garages that were supposed to be used for personal use. Got out of there as soon as possible after they demanded to come in and inspect my apartment more than 4 times in less than 60 days with numerous people going through cabinets and taking pictures inside cabinets and drawers. No privacy and unresponsive management. Steer clear of this place, you will regret it!

I moved here a year ago from Dallas and I love it! Only 5 miles from the beach. Perfect distance from everything you need. Awesome office staff and service. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly in my unit and on site. Great amenities, especially the fully equipped gym! Great neighbors too! I'm very happy here and didn't think twice about resigning my lease!
